eBay Data
DraftSignal uses the eBay Browse API to retrieve publicly available completed sales and active listing data for sports cards and collectibles. We do not store, sell, or share eBay user data. We do not access any eBay user accounts or personal information. All eBay data displayed is publicly available market pricing information.
In compliance with eBay's marketplace account deletion requirements, we do not persist any eBay user personal data in our systems.
Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored securely on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- eBay Browse API — public market pricing data only.
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-generated signal insights. No personal user data is sent to Anthropic.
- MLB Stats API — publicly available baseball statistics.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@draftsignal.app.
Children's Privacy
DraftSignal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
